WellFlon® PTFE Open Mesh is made of glass fiber or Kevlar woven into a mesh base cloth and coated with high-quality PTFE resin. It is ultra-high temperature resistant, flat surface, strong and wear resistant, and is mainly used as a PTFE baking sheet and PTFE conveyor belt.The PTFE Open Mesh defines the specifications by mesh size, mainly including 1*1mm, 2*2.5mm, 4*4mm, 10*10mm, etc., and separates the single latitude and double latitude iron fluoride according to the different warp and weft PTFE Open Mesh.

Features of PTFE Teflon Coated Fiberglass Open Mesh Fabric:

• Anti-adhesive, easy to clean. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;

• Very low coefficient of friction (0.05-0.1), the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication;

• Excellent temperature resistance,PTFE Teflon Coated Fiberglass Meshcan be used for a long time in the temperature range of -170℃~+260℃.
